With six restaurants under his belt, Executive Chef Douglas Tay heads The Capitol Kempinski Hotel's culinary team and direction. His time at The Westin Stamford, Swissôtel The Stamford and Osia Steak and Seafood Grill that spans 14 years makes him a versatile culinary creator, a role which has won him awards from Singapore Tatler Best Restaurant Guide, Wine and Dine Best Restaurant Guide (3 stars) as well as the prestigious Michelin Guide Singapore (1 star).
