Sam Tan

Capping off the sweetness at our restaurants and events is Pastry Chef Sam Tan, who whips up  close to two decades of culinary excellence, driven by a passion for confectionary decadence of all kinds.

Her training with renowned chefs at Swissotel Fairmont Singapore and the Grand Hyatt Singapore has honed in her an immaculate eye for detail in her creations that have impressed esteemed guests from foreign dignitaries to international celebrities.

She has a string of awards under her belt, among them as the Champion of SPH Cake-A-Deco Competition and Best Pastry Chef Award for Food & Hotel Asia, but counts the time she got to create the pastries for the wedding of The Crown Prince of Negara Brunei Darussalam as one of her most memorable.
